Refund Policy
Effective April 18, 2026
We want you to love SpaceSpider. If it's not working for you, we'll refund your money within the window below — no interrogation.
14-day refund window
New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase. This applies to both monthly and yearly plans.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@spacespider.app from the address on your account
- Include your order ID (from the Stripe receipt) or account email
- We'll process the refund through Stripe within 3 business days
Refunds land back on the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take another 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Renewals
Subscription renewals are not automatically refundable. Cancel your subscription from your dashboard before the renewal date to stop further charges. If you forget to cancel and a renewal charges within 48 hours, email us — we'll usually refund it.
Lifetime licenses
Lifetime licenses are refundable within 14 days of purchase. After that, they're non-refundable but transferable.
What's not refundable
- Third-party AI API costs (you pay those directly to Anthropic, OpenAI, etc.)
- Taxes and currency conversion fees already collected by Stripe
- Accounts terminated for violating our terms
Chargebacks
Please email us before filing a chargeback — we can almost always resolve billing issues directly and faster. Unexplained chargebacks may result in account suspension and revoked licenses.
